LITTLE ROCK - A Bull Shoals man is the latest winner of $250,000 after purchasing a Big Money Multiplier scratch-off ticket from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Charles Geinosky told officials upon claiming his prize that he had moved to Arkansas from Illinois so that he could pursue a love of fishing. He had worked 41 years in the elevator business.
Geinosky says he plans on starting a college fund for his eleven month old granddaughter.
