FORT SMITH - One of the city’s longstanding holiday traditions is back starting on Monday.
The Fort Smith Parks and Recreation Department will kick off Creekmore Park’s “Holiday Express” at 5:30 PM. The organization will unveil the new #200 Electric Train, and give away free tickets for the first 500 riders.
Members of the Fort Smith City Board will be on hand to serve hot chocolate to participants. Pictures with Santa Claus will be available as well.
