FORT SMITH - The City of Fort Smith acknowledged several large-scale commercial projects after releasing the details of some non-residential building permits this week.
The following permits were issued during the last week of December:
4601 Jenny Lind – New Multi-family Duplex Site with 10 Duplex Units
Project Cost: $900,000.00
Contractor: Norris Services and Construction Inc.
3613 Jenny Lind – Interior Warehouse remodel for Pradco-Thill
Project Cost: $450,000.00
Contractor: Pradco-Thill
8101 McClure Drive – Finish a Lease space – a new office for Edward Jones Investment
Project Cost: $137,815.00
Contractor: Legacy housing LLC
