An even dozen felons were booked into the Sebastian County Adult Detention on Monday on a bevy of various infractions.

Steven Arnold

Steven Arnold of Mena was arrested for first degree terroristic threatening by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office on Monday and being held on a $5,000 legally sufficient bond.

Court has been set for May 15 at 12:30 p.m.

Randall Ray Butler

Randall Butler remained in the SCADC on Monday on a no bond hold for a parole violation and absconding charges.

Butler has felony drug charges from March of this year, a failure to appear and another recent parole violation on his record.

Joseph Daniel Cowan

Joseph Daniel Cowan of Fort Smith remained in the SCADC on Monday on a no bond hold for a parole violation and absconding charges.

He was arrested on Monday at 3:40 p.m. by the Fort Smith Police Department.

Coty William Dyer

Coty Dyer, from Fort Smith, was being held on an Act 570 parole hold after his arrest just after 1 p.m. on Monday.

Michael Wayne Haney

Michael Wayne Haney remained jailed late Monday night on a $500 cash bond for a felony petition to revoke.

Michael Dewayne Dykes

Michael Dykes of Greenwood remained jailed facing $31,000 in legally sufficient and cash bonds after his arrest by the Greenwood Police Department for two felony failure to appear charges, fleeing, terroristic threatening, failure to comply with court orders and a petition to revoke.

In addition, one of the charges caused officials to place a no bond hold on Dykes.

Robert Charles Smith

Robert Smith remained jailed late Monday night on a $500 cash bond for a felony petition to revoke. He was arrested on Monday by the Fort Smith Police Department.

Sunni Dawn Lively

Sunni Lively bonded out of jail by posting $13,500 in legally sufficient bonds on felony commercial burglary and theft of property charges as well as a fraud to obtain drugs count.

Lively was arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office and no court date has been set.

Kevin Mondale Poe

Kevin Poe remained incarcerated on $4730 of legally sufficient and cash bonds after the Alma man was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance — ecstasy and a failure to pay fines charge.

Poe faces the judge at 10 a.m. on May 10.

Jake Adam Ray

Jake Adam Ray of West Fork was being held on a $1500 signature bond for felony 1st degree criminal mischief of $1000 or more after an arrest was enacted by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office.

No court information had been assigned at deadline.

Ramille Javon McBay

Javon McBay remained in jail early Tuesday morning on a $2500 bond for a felony petition to revoke.

Carlos Contreras-Ruano

Contreras-Ruano was booked into the SCADC at 9:07 p.m. on Monday and detained on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold for Immigration and Naturalization Services.
