A cooperative investigation involving the Poteau Police Department and the District Sixteen Drug and Violent Crime Task Force on Wedesday resulted in the arrest of two individuals on various drug related charges.
Aaron Guy Key, 39, and Christina Cry Hernandez, 36, of Poteau were booked into the LeFlore County Detention Center on several counts including trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp, all after former conviction.
The pair was arrested after the joint task force executed a search warrant at 401 College Avenue in Poteau. During the search, 39.2 grams of methamphetamine, drug, paraphernalia, scales, and packaging materials were located resulting in the arrest.
