FORT SMITH - Renovations of existing buildings top the list of building permits released by the City of Fort Smith last week.
Mercy of Fort Smith has been awarded a building permit for renovations to their Sleep Clinic located at 5401 Ellsworth Road. The project comes at a cost of $319,000 and will be facilitated by Wear Construction Management.
Mercy has also been awarded a permit to renovate their Central Scheduling office, at a cost of $300,000.
The Fort Smith Future School will start work on their interior remodeling project for their building at 622 North 7th Street. The work will cost a total of $380,000 and will be handled by Petree Construction.
