FORT SMITH - If officials with the Fort Smith Public Schools have their way, the hope this summer is that no child will go hungry.
The School District has announced that a summer feeding program will be available at eleven different campuses, allowing those eighteen years old and under to receive a meal. Parents can eat with their children for a nominal fee. The program will take place each weekday through August 3rd at the following schools:
- Ballman Elementary School
- Barling Elementary School
- Beard Elementary School
- Carnall Elementary School
- Fairview Elementary School
- Howard Elementary School
- Morrison Elementary School
- Pike Elementary School
- Spradling Elementary School
- Sunnymede Elementary School
- Tilles Elementary School
Breakfast hours are from 7:45 AM to 9:00 AM, while students can get lunch from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
