FORT SMITH - If officials with the Fort Smith Public Schools have their way, the hope this summer is that no child will go hungry.

Parents can eat with their children for a nominal fee. The program will take place each weekday through August 3rd at the following schools:

  • Ballman Elementary School
  • Barling Elementary School
  • Beard Elementary School
  • Carnall Elementary School
  • Fairview Elementary School
  • Howard Elementary School
  • Morrison Elementary School
  • Pike Elementary School
  • Spradling Elementary School
  • Sunnymede Elementary School
  • Tilles Elementary School

Breakfast hours are from 7:45 AM to 9:00 AM, while students can get lunch from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The program is not limited to the Fort Smith area, and other communities participating can be found by clicking here.
