LEVEL 3 SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION: Travis Powers was recently paroled and will be residing at the 3000 block of Zion Road in Van Buren. Powers was convicted in 2003 of Sexual Assault 2nd Degree for engaging in sexual contact with a 5 year old boy.
