Crawford County prosecuter Marc McCune released the names of a number of sex offenders who have moved into the county Friday:
LEVEL 4 SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION:
Johnny Spence was just recently paroled and will be residing at the 7000 block of Crossroads-Old 12 Drive in Chester. Spence was convicted in 2007 in Sebastian County of engaging in sexual contact with a 16 year old female. Spence has previous convictions of Sexual Abuse in 1992, Attempted Rape in 1993, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in 2006.
