FORT SMITH - A man who pleaded guilty to a double murder charge will spend the next sixty years in prison. 35-year-old Stanley Mazurek was sentenced Wednesday for the murders of 48-year-old Roger Woods, and 32-year-old Bradley Woods.
The Woods Brothers were found at their home in the Washburn community in January 2017. Police say Mazurek was driving a vehicle that belongs to a neighbor of the victims, when he was caught in Fort Smith. He was also charged with Residential Burglary.
The judge in the case says there will be no chance of an appeal.
