FORT SMITH - A multifamily housing project and renovations to a space within Central Mall top the list of building permits issued by the City of Fort Smith this week.
Norris Services and Construction was granted a building permit to build five new duplex units at 1711 Jackson Street. The project will come at a cost of $1,648,800.
Central Mall looks to see some cosmetic updates in at least one of its’ spaces. Fort Smith Mall, LLC will spend $147,000 to demolish the interior of Suite 400 and add new walls and ceilings to the existing space. The project will e facilitated by TL Parker Incorporated.
Applied Processing Inc. will renovate their facility at 5400 North 6th Street, at a cost of $750,000. The project owner is Cloud City, LLC.
