Thirty counties, mainly across west central and northwest central Arkansas, has burn bans in effect as of Friday afternoon according to the Arkansas Forestry Commission.

According to information released by the National Weather Service on Friday, dry conditions continue to keep a hold on the Natural State resulting in the restrictions for the thirty counties.

Faulkner County

Hempstead County
Hot Spring County

Independence County
Johnson County

Pike County

Pope County
Pulaski County
Randolph County
Saline County
Searcy County
Sharp County
Stone County
Van Buren County
White County
Yell County
