Fifteen felony arrests and four Immigration and Customs Enforcement holds kept the cell doors clanging on Tuesday as 19 individuals spent time as guests of the Sebastian County Detention Center on Tuesday.

Marlanna Hallum of Muldrow remained jailed mid-morning on Wednesday facing a total of $17,205 in legally sufficient and cash bonds on three counts of felony failure to appear, one count of PDP WP meth/cocaine possession and a failure to pay fine after being arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office at 6:35 p.m.

John Allen of Fort Smith was arrested on Monday and released to another agency after being detained as an assistance to an outside agency.

Steve Baker of Fort Smith was still being held on no bond Wednesday morning for a parole violation and was scheduled to be transferred back to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Christopher Crossno of Fort Smith posted a $2,500 signature bond and was released after he was arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s office for a felony petition to revoke.
Robert Alan Cummings
Charleston resident Robert remained incarcerated at the SCADC on Wednesday morning being held on two no bond decrees for felony parole violation and petition to revoke as well as being a fugitive from justice from another state. Cummings was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday by the Fort Smith Police Department.
James Scott Evans
James Evans, with a listed address in Fort Smith, was arrested by the SCSO on Tuesday and was released from jail pending a $5000 legally sufficient bond on two felonies and a misdemeanor.
Evans stands accused of felony endangering the welfare of a minor, 1st degree terroristic threatening and misdemeanor 3rd degree domestic battery.
Kyle Levi Johnson
Kyle Johnson remained in custody in lieu of a total of $6,375 in cash and legally sufficient bonds on tree felony charges. Johnson was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department for possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony theft by receiving of $1,000 or more.
Jimmy Dale Lambert
Jimmy Lambert of Fort Smith was arrested for absconding, a parole violation and assisting an outside agency and being held on no bond on the three charges. Lambert booked into the SCADC at 1:38 p.m. and remained as an ADC hold as of Wednesday morning.
Magadalana Bozuidarova Mallard
Magadalana Mallard of Fort Smith bonded out of jail on $5000 in legally sufficient bonds after she was arrested by FSPD on felony theft by receiving, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor hindering apprehension charges.
David Cleo Milam
David Milam from Fort Smith was being held under a no bond order after his Tuesday arrest by FSPD for possession of drug paraphernalia which also triggered a parole violation. Milam was on parole after conviction on numerous drug charges in January of 2026.

Oklahoma City resident Deshun Pennington was being held with no bond on absconding and parole violation infractions after his 4:49 incarceration at the SCADC on Tuesday.

Amanda Rice of Fort Smith remained in custody on Wednesday morning on a $1200 legally sufficient bond after an arrest by the FSPD on possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance -schedule 1/II and criminal trespassing /vehicle or structure. Rice is scheduled for arrangement on May 17.

Terrance Smith remained in custody on Wednesday morning after drawing $17,500 in bonds and being held on a no bond order on felony possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear charges as well as parole violation and FTA warrant holds.
Kenyon Devoan Warren
Kenyon Warren of Fort Smith checked into the Gray Bar Hotel Tuesday afternoon courtesy of the Barling Police Department and remained detained on Wednesday facing $7,500 in legally sufficient bond after felony possession of controlled or counterfeit substance with intent to deliver -Schedule IV/V and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

Dion Williams of Fort Smith was arrested by the FSPD and was being held on a no bond order as a fugitive from justice from out of state.
