Aleman-Lopez of Fort Smith was booked on two state felony charges for possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II and possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication charge. He remains jailed on $10.325 in cash and legally sufficient bonds.
Clements, of Fort Smith was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department and released on a signature bond to an outside agency.
Dolan, no home address available, was picked up by the Greenwood Police Department and help on no bond for absconding and a parole violation.
Hicks, of Fort Smith, was arrested on a bevy of Lower District Court misdemeanor counts and two felonies including possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI I, driving on a suspended license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of misbranded drugs and leaving the scene of an accident. He spent almost 24-hours in jail before being released on $9,850 of legally sufficient bonds.
