Sebastian County Police Beat: May 27, 2017

Saturday proved to be a fairly busy day at the Sebastian County Detention Center as 11 individuals were arrested.

Saturday proved to be a fairly busy day at the Sebastian County Detention Center as 11 individuals were arrested for felonies, parole revocation or as holds for outside agencies.

Oscar Eduardo Aleman-Lopez

Aleman-Lopez of Fort Smith was booked on two state felony charges for possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II and possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication charge. He remains jailed on $10.325 in cash and legally sufficient bonds.

Melinda Louise Clements

Clements, of Fort Smith was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department and released on a signature bond to an outside agency.


Eric Michael Dolan

Dolan, no home address available, was picked up by the Greenwood Police Department and help on no bond for absconding and a parole violation.


Conor James Hicks

Hicks, of Fort Smith, was arrested on a bevy of Lower District Court misdemeanor counts and two felonies including possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI I, driving on a suspended license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of misbranded drugs and leaving the scene of an accident. He spent almost 24-hours in jail before being released on $9,850 of legally sufficient bonds.

Donna Diane McDermott

McDermott, of Fort Smith was arrested by thee FSPD as an assist to an outside agency.


James Palmer

Palmer of Fort Smith, was arrested by the FSPD and held on no bond as a fugitive from another state.

Justin Ray Parrish

Parrish, of Barling, was booked into the SCADC on a Class C felony theft by receiving ($5,000 to $25,000) and remained jailed on a no bond hold.


Regina Leann Smith

Smith was arrested by the Arkansas State Police for driving on a suspended license and failure to pay fines and was released into the custody of an outside agency.


Jason Thomas Underwood

Underwood of Greenwood, was arrested by the SCSO on a theft by receiving ($1,000.00 to $5,000.00) class D felony and misdemeanor failure to appear and remained in custody in lieu of $2,000 in cash and legally sufficient bonds.


Virgil Fawn Wiebe III

Wiebe was booked on a failure to comply with court order charge and held as an assist to an outside agency.


Marleena Marie Winslow

Winslow of Fort Smith was tagged with two failures to comply with court order counts and one failure to pay fines and held on $3,095 in cash bonds on a felony petition to revoke.
