Sebastian County Police Beat: May 23, 2017

Fifteen felony arrests and detentions and three ICE holds resulted in a busy day for intake officers at the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday.

Josh Chandler Broadus

Broadus of Fort Smith was picked up on a Parole violation and for absconding and remained in custody on a no bond hold.


Maryann Burks

Burks of Austin, Arkansas was arrested by the FSPD on a parole violation and was still in jail early Wednesday on a no bond hold

Jamie Leann Crawford

Crawford of Booneville was arrested by the FSPD and was released at 1:58 a.m. to an outside agency after being held on no bond.

Mary Elizabeth Dahlem

Dahlem, a resident of Fort Smith, was booked on a felony possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a misdemeanor failure to appear class B and remained jailed in lieu of $2500 in legally sufficient bonds.


Kyle Bennett Davis II

Davis of Fort Smith was picked up the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office on an Act 570- Parolee and sentenced to two days in jail


Doris Gay Gerardo

Gerardo of Fort Smith was arrested on two felony possession of drug paraphernalia charge and one count of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance/schedule I/II and faces $5,500 in legally sufficient bonds to be released.

Jamie Lynn Hill

Hill of Fort Smith was arrested by the FSPD on possession of drug paraphernalia which also violated her parole and she remained jailed on a no bond hold.

Phillip Dale Hyman

Hyman of Fort Smith was arrested by the FSP on felony aggravated assault and or furnishing prohibited item as well as misdemeanor 2nd degree terroristic threatening and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Meling Kanani Kaapuni

Kaapuni of Fort Smith was arrested by the SCSO on a felony failure to appear and released at 2:14 a.m. on a $1,5000 cash bond.


Krystal Leanne Mirabelli

An arrest by the SCSO for felony failure to appear resulted in Hot Springs resident Mirabella remaining in jail on a no bond hold as a fugitive from justice from another state.

Denis Wayne Palmer

Palmer bailed out of the SCADC for $5,000 on legally sufficient bonds on felony 1st degree terroristic threatening charges after an arrest by the SCSO.

Victor Tyrone Perry

Perry of Van Buren remained jailed on Wednesday on a no bond hold after being arrested by the FSPD on a parole violation.

Heaven Leanne Ruge

Ruge, a resident of Fort Smith, was busted by the FSPD on two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled or counterfeit substance schedule I/II and simultaneous possession of firearms and drugs and was being held on a no bond hold in addition to $16,500 in legally sufficient bonds.

Summer Toner

Waynesville, Missouri resident Toner remained in custody after an arrest by the FSPD on a variety of felony charges including three counts of felony possession of controlled or counterfeit substance schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and theft of property- shoplifting. Her legally sufficient bond amount was set at $16,000.

Jacob Lee Wagner

Wagner of Fort Smith faced $5,500 in legally sufficient bonds on felony possession of controlled or counterfeit substance schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest by the FSPD.

ICE Holds

Lucio Favela-Suarez, Siloam Springs; Leonel Salazar-Gomez, Rogers; and Jose Santacruz-Mejia (no address listed) were retained with no bond as ICE holds for Customs and Immigration.
