Sebastian County Police Beat: May 14, 2017

It was ladies night Sunday in Sebastian County and only three individuals were booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center.

Crime in Sebastian County, at least the major kind, took a little bit of a holiday on Sunday as it was ladies night and only three individuals were booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on felony or assisting other agency counts, and only one of those remained in the SCADC by late afternoon on Monday.

April Finch was booked into the SCADC and held as a no bond inmate until she was released to an outside agency on Monday.


Lauren Marie Kirby

Lauren Marie Kirby of Fort Smith was arrested by the Fort Smith and remained in custody at 9 p.m. Monday on a $1500 cash and legally sufficent bond.

Kirby was charged with felony possessions of controlled or counterfeit substance-Schedule I/II and felony failure to appear.

Tre’sure Kristen Sylvia

Booked ito the SCADC on felony possessions of controlled on counterfeit substance-Schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony failure to appear, Sylvia bailed out Sunday afternoon on $6000 in signature and legally sufficient bonds.
