FORT SMITH - Three new projects topped the list of significant non-residential building permits issued by the City of Fort Smith last week.

A new Domino’s Pizza location has been approved for the 4400 block of Grand Avenue, just east of the Albert Pike intersection. It will be built at a cost of $400,000 under the direction of contractor MoDom Inc.

The Dillard’s location at Central Mall is headed for a remodeling project. It will come at a cost of $450,000 under the direction of CDI Contractors Inc.

Rye Hill Baptist Church has been granted a building permit for the remodeling of their current sanctuary. The building is located at 11512 Old Highway 71 South. The project is estimated to cost around $180,000 and will be under the direction of Beshears Construction, Inc.
