FORT SMITH - Leadership Fort Smith is accepting nominations from the local business community for the next recipient of the Jack White Award, which has been given each year since 2014.
The Jack White Leadership Fort Smith Award is given annually to an individual whose leadership has improved the quality of life in Fort Smith by way of bettering the city, demonstrating vision, commitment and courage.
White was in management with OG&E when he passed away suddenly at the age of 57. Last year’s recipient was Sam Sicard, President and CEO of First National Bank of Fort Smith.
