FORT SMITH - Construction of an office building and warehouse top the list of building permits issued by the City of Fort Smith this week. Water Tech Inc. will plan the project valued at some $1,500,000 for their location at 7215 Highway 271 South. Glidewell Construction will facilitate the project.
The Vietnam Veterans of America have planned a new motor pool building for their chapter building at 12112 Redwood Drive. The cost is estimated at $11,520 and will be built by the organization.
Rival CRE LLC will invest around $68,000 to remodel a barber shop and graphic design office at 7402 Ellis Street, Building 859.
