VAN BUREN - Senator John Boozman was in the Arkansas River Valley on Monday, making stops in Crawford and Franklin Counties.
“I’ve enjoyed visits today to Altus, Ozark and Van Buren which included a tour of the new Crawford County jail.” Boozman said on Monday. “Thank you to Sheriff Ron Brown and Judge Dennis Gilstrap for showing me around and their dedication to public safety.”
Boozman’s tour included up-close views of the jail’s operations and enhanced technology that came with the construction of the $20 Million facilities.
