Billy Doyle Cusick, 73, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, passed away May 23, 2017. He was born March 26, 1944 in Huntington, Arkansas, to the late Claude and Fannie Cusick.
He was a member of the Arkoma Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Rita Cusick and one brother Kenneth Cusick.
He is survived by two sons, Eric Cusick and wife Amy and Barry Cusick all of Muldrow, Oklahoma; five siblings, Claudette Davis of Pocola, Oklahoma, Kay Davis of Arkoma, Oklahoma, Sue Howard of Arkoma, Oklahoma, Joyce Garner of Arkoma, Oklahoma and Terry Cusick of Arkoma, Oklahoma and one grandson, Graham Cusick.
Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the Arkoma Assembly of God Church, 205 Sumner Ave., Arkoma, Oklahoma, with Interment to follow at Leard Cemetery in Pocola, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-3:30 p.m. at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, 4817 Kelley Hwy., Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Davis, Keith Davis, Ken Garner, Graham Cusick, Dewayne Pryor and Darrin Howard.
