Paula Diane Goodwin, 53, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
She was born Nov. 18, 1963 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Shelba Paulette (Rogers) McClure and Linville Paul Merrill.
She married Daryl Goodwin on June 21, 1985 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Paula was a social worker for Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
Survivors are her husband, Daryl, of the home; one daughter, Maegan Elayne Miller and husband, Jeron, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; two sons, Jacob Wayne Goodwin and wife, Christy of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and Jace Olliever Goodwin of Stillwater, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Abigail and Isaac Goodwin, Bruce Miller, Rush and Rowdy Miller; mother and stepfather, Shelba and Dennis McClure of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; one sister, Theresa Rogers and husband, Jay of Bixby, Oklahoma; one brother, Linville Paul Merrill and wife, Rhonda of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Tom Rogers, Jimmy Dale Rogers, Darrell Rogers, Jay Rogers, Brian Rogers and Gary Rogers.
Viewing will be Tuesday 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet from 6-8 p.m.
