TULSA - The National Weather Service says snow chances are on the rise for much of the region beginning tomorrow night.
“Unseasonably warm temperatures will continue on Monday with gusty south winds ahead of a cold front that will push into the region Tuesday. Rain chances return Monday afternoon with increasing shower and isolated thunderstorm chances Monday night into Tuesday,” Forecasters said. “A strong cold front will usher in much colder temperatures by late Tuesday into Wednesday. An upper level system will move across the area with the cold air in place Wednesday through Wednesday night. While confidence has increased towards accumulating snow potential, the location of heaviest snow remains uncertain at this time.”
Meteorologists say that current forecasts would suggest the Wednesday commute could be impacted.
