A Sebastian County warrant for felony failure to appear has been issued for a Beaumont, Texas, man who was arrested in late March on various drug related charges and has been free on $16,500 bond since March 29.

Aaron Wayne Victoria is being sought on the warrant out of the Fort Smith Circuit Court for failing to appear for a scheduled hearing on July 7, according to court documents.

Victoria, 41, was booked into the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on March 27 after he was arrested for four counts of Possession of Controlled Substance - Felony, Possession Drug Paraphernalia - Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance - Schedule VI Misdemeanor <4oz, Possession of Controlled Substance w/ Intent to Deliver - Schedule VI / Marijuana <14G Misdemeanor and Delivery of Controlled Substance - Schedule I/II - Felony.

Victoria was released from jail on March 29 after posting bond on all charges.

Victoria is described as being a 6-0, 235-pound black male.
