OZARK - Three people are dead, and one injured after a helicopter carrying attendees of the Backwoods Music Festival on an aerial tour north of Cass. The helicopter was owned by Tulsa County Helicopters, and was reported missing after the pilot did not return at his scheduled time.

Pilot Chuck Dickson of Tulsa was killed, along with passengers Sarah Hill of Austin, Texas and Marco Orneals of Mexico. A third passenger, Zachari Peterson of Nebraska is in critical condition after he was airlifted to a Tulsa hospital.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.
