A traffic stop by the Hackett Police Department on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of three individuals, including a Hackett woman.
Hackett officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of East Greenwood Street and Bryan Street. A check through dispatch showed the vehicle to be stolen out of Fort Smith. All three occupants of the vehicle had outstanding warrants.
During a search of the vehicle, suspected methamphetamine, digital scales, and other paraphernalia was found. Numerous prescription pills were also found. The suspects were all charged with multiple violations and transported to the Sebastian County Detention Center.
Thia Anna Latchlaw of Hackett was arested on theft of motor vehicle, theft of property possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule IV narcotic charges.
Mark Allen Elser of Conway faces an outstanding warrant from the city of Fort Smith, parole violations, theft of motor vehicle, theft of property possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule IV narcotic, careless and prohibited driving, driving on suspended license an no proof of insurance charges.
Jennifer Lynn Seymour of Missoula, Montana, was arrested for theft of motor vehicle, theft of property possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule IV narcotic charges.
The Hackett Police Department was assisted by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office as well as the 12/21st Drug Task Force in the arrests.
No bond information was available on the Sebastian County inmate inquiry website as of 12:13 a.m. Thursday morning.
