Thousands of former University of Arkansas students are mourning the demolition of a Fayetteville icon. The building that formerly housed the bar “My Pleasure” was torn down earlier this week to make way for the expansion of an urgent care clinic.

The building is located at the corner of College and Sycamore, and for years was one of the go-to bars for students who wanted to hook up, drink the night away, or just party. Surprisingly enough, it wasn’t even on Dickson Street and did very well.

Some are taking the demolition of the building harder than others, as one “My Pleasure” fan actually synced video of the crews taking the structure down to a Celine Dion song.

As of this writing, the video had been viewed over 21,000 times.

So if you feel inclined tonight, pour a cold one in memory of the Pleasure Dome.
