Stephen Brian Owen, 57 of Ft. Smith passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019. He was born March 10, 1961 in Ft. Smith to the late Jack and Mary Owen. He was a Catholic, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and formerly worked at Home Depot. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Victoria Owen and his brother Danny Owen. Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Monday, February 18, 2019 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial and Navy Honors to follow at Calvary Cemetery. He is survived by his son Matthew Owen of Idabel, OK, three brothers; David Owen of El Sobrante, CA, Ken Owen of Ft. Smith, and Chris Owen of Stony Ford, CA as well as a host of loving friends.
