MOUNTAINBURG - Students in the Mountainburg School District may not have gotten a snow day last week, but they’ll be out of school two days this week due to sickness within the student body.
“The decision has been made by the administration to close school for the next two days due to the high percentage of students, faculty, and staff being sick. MOUNTAINBURG SCHOOLS WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY, JANUARY 22 and TUESDAY, JANUARY 23.” the School District said via their Facebook page. “The basketball games will be postponed and re-scheduled. Senior pictures scheduled for tomorrow will be rescheduled.”
The two days of absence this week will be made up on Tuesday February 20th and Friday March 30th.
