Crawford County prosecuter Marc McCune released the names of a number of sex offenders who have moved into the county Thursday:
LEVEL 2 SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION:
Michael Anderson will be residing at the 11000 block of Alderson Road in Mulberry. Anderson was convicted of Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16 years of age (2 counts) in 1990 in Idaho. This offense involved Anderson of engaging in sexual contact with the victim’s 3 year old sister and 10 year old brother.
LEVEL 2 SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION:
Todd Myers will be residing at the 1000 block of North Drive in Alma. Myers was convicted of Attempt to Transfer Material to a Minor and Attempt to Entice a Minor to Engage in Prohibited Sexual Activity in 2008 in Alexander Arkansas and prosecuted in Federal Court. This offense involved Myers engaging in sexually explicit chat on the internet with a 14 year old female stranger and attempting to meet her for sex.
LEVEL 2 SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION:
James Wells will be residing at the 3800 block of Tara Lane in Van Buren. Wells was convicted of Rape-First Degree and Lewd Molestation in 2004 in Oklahoma. He was convicted for engaging in forced sexual contact with an 11 year old female relative.
