Jason Richard Holland, 37 — Fort Smith — Order of protection, contempt of court — $570 bond
Arthur Kevin Jordan, 42 — Fort Smith — Failure to appear felony x2 — $400,000 bond
Robert Eugene Knauls, 30 — Fort Smith — Order of protection —misdemeanor
