Sebastian County Police Beat: May 28, 2017

Eleven people were booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on Sunday.

Joseph Stewart Amon

Amon of Roland was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department on a felony petition to revoke and remained jailed on a $395 cash bond.


Guadalupe Chavez-Rodriguez

Chavez-Rodriguez of Fort Smith was arrested by the FSPD for failure to pat fines and held with no bond as an assist to an outside agency.

Ashlyn Crawford

Crawford, of Fort Smith posted a $4,000 legally sufficient bond and was released after an arrest by the FSPD on a second degree felony forgery charge.


Reginald Vontarance Lewis

Lewis, no address listed, was arrested by the FSPD on felony possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor marijuana possession and public intoxicnation and remained jailed in lieu of $5.200 in legally sufficient bonds.

Paige Nicole Phillips

Phillips of Lavaca was arrested by the FS PD on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear class B charges and stayed in custody seeking $5,200 in cash and legally sufficient bonds.


Thomas Williams Phillips III

Phillips of Fort Smith was arrested on a misdemeanor contempt of court but held on absconding and parole violations without bond.


Demichael Springs

Springs, of Fort Smith was booked for felony furishing prohibited articles, two misdemeanor counts of marijuana possessions, possession of drug paraphernalia and no liability insurance and remained in custody on a no bond hold.

James Andrew Stokes

Stokes of Hackett was arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s office for aggravated assault on a family member or household member felony charge and remained jailed on a no bond hold.

Aleta Maria Vogt

Vogt of Lite Rock was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department on felony aggravated assault, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana and on an ACT 570 as a parolee and was being held on a no bond hold.

Taneria Shavone Whitfield

Whitfield of Firt Smith was arrested by the FSPD on felony 1st degree criminal impersonation and failure to pay fines and was released on $2,350 in legally sufficient and signature bonds.


Katress Ann Williams

Williams of Fort Smith remained in custody on Monday facing $6,500 in legally sufficient bonds on her arrest by the FSPD on felony residential burglary and 1st degree criminal mischief ($1,000 or more).
