Bell, of Fort Smith, violated paole and was arrested by the FSPD on aggravated assault of a family or household member as well as misdemeanor domestic batter in the 3rd degree and violation of a protection order. He was being held without bond.

Fort Smith resident Melacon was arrested for felony aggravated assault on a family member of household member and a parole violation and remained in the SCADC on a no bond hold.


Preston James Morgan

Morgan of Fort Smith was arrested on 2nd degree felony forgery and failure tto pay fines charges and remained in custody in lieu of $1,350 in legally sufficient and cash bonds.


Joseph Dewayne Ness

Ness of Fort Smith was on a no bond hold as an Arkansas Department of Corrections commitment.


Meagan Michelle Phillips

Phillips, a Pocola resident, remained in jail on two no bond counts and $16,615 in various legally sufficient and cash bonds on a laundry list of charges. Among her five felonies were possession of controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II, possession of drug paraphernalia, furnishing prohibited items, tampering with evidence, and failure to appear. Misdemeanor charges included shoplifting, criminal trespassing and Class B failure to appear.

Ashley Nicole Sanders

Sanders of Fort Smith was booked on felony and misdemeanor failure to appear and remained jailed on Thursday on $7,500 in cash and legally sufficient bonds.


Jonathan Shaw

Charleston resident Shaw bailed out of the SCADC at 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday on a $1,500 legally sufficient bond after an arrest by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office on a felony possession of drug paraphernalia charge.


Travis Nathaniel Vinson

Vinson of Alma, arrested for failure to pay fines and being held on two assists for outside agencies was transferred to an outside agency just before 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
