It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood on Saturday unless you were one of the nine felons booked into the Sebastian County Detention Centers on various charges.
Corey Dean Brown
Corey Brown of Lavaca found himself in the custody of the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office after his hometown Lavaca Police Department arrested him on two felonies and three misdemeanors.
While being stopped and detained on a DWI, Brown was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and also earned a 1st degree battery charge as well. He completed his Saturday night antics with a misdemeanor fleeing charge.
Donna C. Gonzalez
Donna Gonzalez remained jailed Sunday morning on a non bond hold after being arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department. She was charged with 3rd degree felony battery just before 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Floyd Eugene Hardy
Floyd Eugene Hardy of Fort Smith remained in custody on the short side of $11,315 in combined legally sufficient and cash bonds. It seems that Hardy has been tardy quite a bit lately and faces two Class B failure to appears, one felony failure to appear and a failure to pay fines charge.
Tedrick Holt
Little Rock’s Tedrick Holt was in … and then he was out. Arrested by the Fort Smith Police, Holt was in and out of jail in 1:01 after being transferred to an outside agency. No word on what he did or when he did it.
James Wesley Kelley
James Kelley of Fort Smith was charged with aggravated assault on a family or household member and remained in custody at noon on Sunday under a no bond hold.
Kera Lindenau
Kera Lindenau, no address available, was arrested by the Greenwood Police Department and transported to the SCADC at 2:33 a.m. Saturday morning for two counts of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II prescriptions and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Her legally sufficient bond was set at $5,500 and she remained jailed.
Jonathan Shaw
Jonathan Shaw of Charleston was still in custody on Sunday morning after an arrest on two counts f possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance-schedule I/II and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies.
His bond was also set at $5,500.
Candace Michaelane Stanley
Candace Stacy of Van Buren was tagged with the biggest bond burden of the day with $22,500 in a combination of signature and legally sufficient following an arrest by the SCSO on two counts of felony theft of property and a petition to revoke.
Someone paid it and she was released at 10:22 p.m. on Saturday.
William Derek Webb
William Webb was tagged for his second parole violation since December but didn’t stop there. He added a pair of felony failure to appear charges to his woes after being found to be a reckless driver with no drivers license or liability insurance and tried to flee from the police.
He remained in custody Sunday on a no bond hold.
