Sebastian County Police Beat: June 3, 2017

Law enforcement booked nine individuals into the Sebastian County Detention Center on Saturday on a variety of charges.

Joshua Bert Bolin

Bolin of Waldron remained incarcerated on a no bond hold for felony failure to appear, absconding and petition to revoke. He wass arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department.


Ricky Dee Cagle

Cagle, address not listed, was held on no bond and transferred to an outside agency.

Tanya Lynn Cunningham

Cunningham of Arkoma was arrested for felony failure to appear and petition to revoke and remained jailed in lieu of $1,300 in cash bonds.

Trever Lee Menzies

Menzies of Fort Smith was arrested for felony failure to appear by the FSPD and held on a $700 cash bond.


Zelberdia Maxie Moore

Moore of Fort Smith was arrested and held on no bond for failure to pay fines and as an assist to an outside agency.


Monica Kathleen Moreton

Moreton of Fort Smith was booked for felony theft by receiving ($1,000 to $5,000) by the FSPD and released on a $2,500 legally sufficient bond.


Adam Eugene Neighbors

Neighbors of Fort Smith was arrested as an assist to an outside agency and released on $575 in signature bonds.


George Marion O’Quinn

O’Quinn of Fort Smith was tagged for felony forgery, criminal impersonation, parole violation absconding, misdemeanor theft by receiving, failure to pay fines and driving on suspended license and held on the parole hold.


Rex Cole Steward

Steward of Fort Smith was arressted by the FSPD for contempt of court, as a fugitive from justice from another state and on a petition to revoke. He remained in custody on $2,815 on cash and signature bonds with a no hold on the petition to revoke.
