Cerritos-Rodriguez, of Fort Smith, remained in custody on a no bond hold after an arrest by the Fort Smith Police Department for felony failure to appear, misdemeanor obstructing justice and as an ICE hold for Customs and Immigration.

charge along with misdemeanor theft of property and 3rd degree batter counts after an arrest by the FSPD. He remained jailed on a $5,000 legally sufficient bond.

Phillips of Charleston was arrested by the FSPD for felony petition to revoke and released on a $5,000 signature bond.

Scarlet of Fort Smith was arrested by the Arkansas Parole board and held on no bond for a violation of parole.

Silva of Fort Smith was arrested and booked by the FSPD as a fugitive of justice from out of state and held on no bond.

Steward of Fort Smith was arrested by Arkansas Parole on a felony petition to revoke and had addition charges of 1st degree terroristic threatening, failure to pay fines, parole violations and 3rd degree misdemeanor battery as well. He remained in custody with no bond.

Vines of Van Buren remained in custody in lieu of $6,000 in legally sufficient bonds after felony failure to appear and 2nd degree criminal impersonation charges were leveled at him by the FSPD.
