As high school football season kicks off this week, ArklahomaSports.Com is proud to announce that the websites will carry all games of both the Roland Rangers and the Paris Eagles during the 2017 football season.
Broadcast crews will follow both teams at home and on the road each week.
The Rangers will feature the broadcast team of Dennis McCaslin and Clint Davis behind the microphone.
Both have a long history of involvement in the sports community in both Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.
Roland kicks off their season with a road trip to Spiro on Friday night.
The Paris Eagles will have Tim Johns on the call of their broadcasts this season.
A longtime media executive and sportscaster, Johns is also the host of “The Sports Brew,” which aired for several years on Clarksville radio station KXIO. After a summer hiatus, the show is expected to resume on it’s new home at crosstown radio station KQLO 97.5 FM in the coming weeks, and online at ArklahomaSports.Com.
The Eagles kick off with their longest road trip of the year, traveling to Yellville-Summit on Friday night.
“We are proud be able to serve the community in a way that everyone is passionate about.” said InsideFortSmith.Com and ArklahomaSports.Com owner Grant Merrill. “Most everyone gets behind high school football, and both Roland and Paris have some of the most passionate fan bases out there. We are honored they have allowed us to bring you the action of their teams this year.”
Both websites will also be broadcasting an additional Game Of The Week featuring Arklahoma teams and towns on select dates during the 2017 season.
