BATESVILLE – The Arkansas State Police is investigating a shooting that injured a Batesville Police Department officer on Friday night.
Police Chief Allan Cockrill told KAIT Television that the officer is expected to be okay.
Investigators have one suspect they are looking into. No other details have been made available.
