The suspect vehicle survived one PIT maneuver and avoided spike strips laid out on the highway just outside of the Ozone community, but a second PIT by JCSO corporal Brent Scott succeed in ending the chase on Highway 21.
A pregnant female passenger in the Mustang was taken by ambulance to a rural fire station then air-lifted to St. Mary’s Regional hospital in Russellville in unknown condition.
