Physher Wyatt Farhat of Bokoshe, Okla., was born on March 7, 2011, to William Farhat and Kaylee (Haughn) Walden in Fort Smith and passed away on April 23, 2017 in Little Rock at the age of 6 years.
Physher is survived by his momma, Kaylee Walden and husband (step-dad) Jeff of Bokoshe, Okla., one brother; Weston Buck Farhat of the home, grandparents Sara Bolch of Tulsa, Okla., Avery Hobson and wife, Jada Thomas-Hobson of Bartlesville, Okla., and Jr. Haughn of Oologah, Okla., Christina and William Farhat of Arkoma, Okla., and Robert and JoAnn Walden of Spiro, Okla., great-grandparents; Myrna Thomas of Bartlesville, Okla., Richard and Sandra Williams of Arkoma, Okla., Uncle Adam Cruz and Aunt Sarah and family of Guthrie, Okla., other cousins, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2017, at the Singleton School Auditorium in Arkoma, Okla.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Mallory Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Okla.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Walden, Robert Walden, Jr. Haughn, Avery Hobson, William Farhat, Sr., and Tommy Greenmyer.
Honorary pallbearer will be Weston Farhat.
