HACKETT - The Arkansas State Police says one man is dead following a tractor-trailer accident that shut down parts of State Highway 10 near Hackett on Monday.
51-year-old Kenneth Watts of McCurtain was killed when his rig left the roadway and struck two trees just after 3:00 PM. He was the lone person involved in the accident.
Traffic on the highway was halted for around five hours as crews cleaned up the debris.
