Miles Arthur Taylor, 81, of Barling, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born October 4, 1937 in Howard, Kansas. He was a member of Lavaca First Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Monday, December 3 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood, Arkansas. He is survived by his son, Derek Taylor and wife, Nicole of Daphne, Alabama; two daughters, Wendy Ohman of Wichita, Kansas and Debbie Moody and husband, Monty of Greenwood; one brother, Jim Taylor and wife, Sally of Henderson, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Amanda, Elizabeth and Emily Ohman of Wichita, Kansas, Amy, Nicholas and Zachary Taylor of Daphne, Alabama and Jennifer Brown of Frisco, Texas and one great grandson, Isaac Brown of Frisco, Texas.
