KEY WEST, Florida — The video feed above is live from four sources courtesy of the Washington Post, as Hurricane Irma barreled in shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday morning.
An hour prior, skies were light and winds were picking up, however, the scenario quickly changed as the heart of the storm overtook the keys.
Irma pummeled South Florida as a category four hurricane, with sustained winds of 130 MPH. The movement as of Sunday morning was west-northwest at 8 MPH.
Current storm tracks have Irma skirting the west coast of Florida, impacting cities like Fort Myers and Tampa over the next twenty-four hours.
