WASHINGTON, DC - A number of leaders from the Fort Smith business community had a chance to make their voices heard at the federal level this week. The Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce sent a group of business leaders to Washington to visit with the state’s congressional delegation.

“Decisions that are made in DC have an impact on business and our community. We are pleased to travel with a group of business leaders including Carl Geffkin and Colonel Kinney to advocate for our region.” the Chamber said on social media.

The group met with U.S. Senators John Boozman and Tom Cotton during their stay in Washington.
