FORT SMITH - If you are an area homeowner who might need a hand with some of your projects, the City of Fort Smith says applications are being accepted for an upcoming program that could help.
The Good Neighbors/World Changers event is set for June 25th through the 29th, and the city says that it can help with things like roofing, painting, siding replacement, and other repairs.
To be eligible, applicants must own and live in their home, and meet HUD income guidelines. For more information, you can call the City of Fort Smith at (479) 784-2216.
