FORT SMITH - The Fort Smith Police Department says they won’t let a little rising water keep them from trying to catch a thief. Investigators said this week they are looking into the case of a man who they say stole a window mounted air conditioning unit from a residence on South 34th Street earlier this month.
“The homeowner caught the perpetrator on video,” the Fort Smith Police Department stated on social media Wednesday. “He was driving a silver Ford Fusion.”
