FORT SMITH - Investigators with the Fort Smith Police Department are pursuing a suspect in the aggravated robbery of a convenience store last week.
“Investigators need assistance identifying the person involved in the aggravated robbery of the convenience store located at 8401 Hwy 271 South on July 25th at approximately 3:30 A.M.” said Department spokesman Corporal Anthony Rice. “Preliminary investigations showed that the suspect entered the business with a weapon and demanded money.”
Investigators believe the suspect to be a white male, 5’10” to 6” tall, medium build with sandy blonde hair. Rice says Detective Bill Hardin with the Fort Smith Police Department Criminal Investigations Division would like to speak with this subject about their involvement in this incident.
