FORT SMITH - Investigators with the Fort Smith Police Department are attempting to identify the subject in these pictures. On June 24th, this subject made several trips to Target and loaded items into a cart and exited through a fire exit without paying. The subject left in blue newer model van/suv and concentrated his thefts to household items such as trash cans, vacuums, lunch boxes, fans and pre-paid phones.
