Fort Smith Police have identified a fourth suspect in a rash of criminal mischief cases involving a BB gun. The assigned detective has obtained a Felony - Criminal Mischief warrant for the arrest of 20-year-old Justin Kamon Franks.
Airek Riggins, 21, his brother ReoDel Riggins, 20, and a friend, Derek Thomason, 20, are already in custody facing multiple counts of Felony 1 st Degree Mischief for 40-plus incidents in which business and car windows were shot out in a two-day span earlier in the week.
