Thomas Charles Bardrick, 20 of Fort Smith pled guilty last week in federal court to interstate transportation of stolen property.
The indictment alleged that Bardrick, unlawfully transported six zero turn mowers, knowing they were stolen.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Sallisaw Police Department, the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
Judge Steven P. Shreder accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.
